I. REQUESTING A RETURN OR REFUND:

  • Contact our customer service team at returns@blinestic.shop within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return or refund, and the reason for the return/refund request.

II. RETURN AND REFUND SCENARIOS:

1. Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please specify the new size or color you require.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Provide details and photos of the fault or damage. We will arrange a return and send a replacement or issue a refund, including shipping costs.

3. Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and send the correct item, or issue a refund, including shipping costs.

4. Items Not Received:

  • If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, contact us to investigate the issue.
  • If the item is confirmed lost, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.

III. ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

  • If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
  • If the order has already been shipped, you may need to follow the return process once you receive the item.

IV. TIMEFRAMES FOR RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

  • Exchanges: Processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Faulty or Damaged Items: Replacement or refund processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item and confirming the fault/damage.
  • Wrong Size: If the business clothing you ordered doesn't fit, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for an exchange to the correct size or a full refund, as long as it remains in its original condition.
  • Items Not Received: Refund or replacement processed within 7 business days of confirming the loss.
  • Order Cancellations: Refund processed within 3 business days if the order has not been shipped.

V. RECEIVING YOUR REFUND:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

VI. REFUND PERIOD:

Requests for refunds or returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, returns or refunds will no longer be accepted.
